Kate Middleton's Ex-boyfriend Falls in Love With Her Long-lost Twin (PHOTOS)
Willem Marx, Kate Middleton’s first boyfriend, has fallen in love with a stunning-looking girl, who bears a strong resemblance to the Duchess of Cambridge.
Kate met Willem (whose first name phonetically sounds like William) when they were at Marlborough College.
Willem's new girlfriend, Shirley Leigh Wood Oakes, is the editor of Dare 2 Magazine. She has long dark hair, which makes her the spitting image of Kate.
Shirley, who can pass off as Kate's long-lost twin, was introduced to Willem at a dinner party a few months ago by a matchmaker.
"They've been keeping their relationship quiet," a friend said. "But they were out together last week in London and looked very happy."
Willem, who graduated from Oxford, works as a journalist and has earned an Emmy nomination with his excellent work.
Even after Willem split with Kate, they still kept a firm friendship through the years.
In 2008, they were pictured leaving Boujis night club where they danced and drank together.
Willem's ex-girlfriends include Lamcome model and Ingrid Bergman's granddaughter Elettra Rossellini.

After the Royal couple toured North America, rumors of Kate being "too thin" began to circulate. Kate was seen standing beside Nicole Kidman, and looked surprisingly skinnier than the tall and lean Kidman. Anorexic rumors also started stirring, though Kate has not been diagnosed with an eating disorder.
